Describe the place precisely
Reception can differ between rooms, floors and nearby streets. Write down the location and whether the problem occurs indoors or outdoors. A broad postcode prediction may not describe a particular building. Note whether the issue is repeatable or occasional and whether it changes at busy times. These details make an official enquiry more useful than a general statement that the signal is poor.
Separate calls, messages and data
One function can be affected while another still works. Record what happens when making or receiving a call, sending a message or using mobile data. Note any error wording without sharing private information. A phone displaying a network name does not establish that every service is functioning normally. Avoid making several simultaneous changes that make the original pattern difficult to describe.
Use official information as context
Check the provider's current coverage and service-status tools. A reported incident can explain a temporary change, while a predicted coverage limitation may suggest a longer-standing issue. Maps are estimates, not guarantees for every device and indoor location. A provider using another network's infrastructure still has its own account channel for reporting the experience and checking the subscription.
Know where an explanation stops
A lost SIM, suspected account compromise or urgent service restriction needs direct contact with the provider. threemoblonko is an information service, not a technical repair or account-support operation. We do not remotely access phones or request passwords. For a persistent issue, give the official provider the times, locations and affected functions so it can decide what account or network investigation is appropriate.
